We thank all our Sponsors for their support and assistance throughout the year, without which it is very difficult to continue to provide the facilities and opportunity for people in the Bangor area to play and enjoy cricket.

Dates for Your Diary

Two important dates of upcoming events at Bangor Cricket Club.

On Friday 15th January, we will be holding our Annual Table Quiz, which always proves a popular event. So a great change to forget the January blues and have an good night's craic up at the club.

Slightly later that normal as a result of catering complications, our Annual Cricket Dinner will now be on Friday 5th February.

Further details of both events will be posted soon.

Bangor CC seeking local player/coach

Tuesday, 27 October, 2015

Bangor Cricket Club is looking to attract a locally based cricketer for the 2016 season to fulfil both playing and coaching roles within the club.

We would expect the player to assume a leading 1st XI role on the field and to manage and coordinate all aspects of training and coaching throughout the week, culminating in match day build-up and preparation.

Coaching duties would extend to our Youth Section, to assist with and contribute towards the ongoing and continued development of our young cricketers.

An ECB accredited coaching qualification would be desirable, although not essential.

A remuneration package will be offered, details of which can be obtained, along with any other queries by contacting Chris Yeates on 07816 777382 or chrisyeates@btinternet.com

Closing date for expressing interest - Friday 20th November 2015

Corporate Lunch

Monday, 17 August, 2015

Bangor Cricket Club hosted the annual corporate lunch on Saturday and the event hosted nearly 50 attendees including players for a number of generations and the club sponsors who generously support the club each year.

It was great to see such a lively crowd enjoy the 1st XI game and support from the balcony as the sun beat down on Upritchard Park. The day was rounded off by the bowl out competition that generated a lot of interest and gentle banter amongst the crowd.
